Private Chapels of Rest Situated at Broadwater, Lancing, Storrington and Rustington, these Chapels have been dedicated for private prayer and are open, for relatives and friends to pay their last respects:
Our newly refurbished multi-denominational Service Chapel is ideal for when the Crematorium is either too busy or too big. Equipped with modern facilities, even members of the family who are too far away to attend can log on to our secure web-site to view the service.
Temporary Preservation Modern embalming is not a costly process and adds very little to the expenses of a funeral. This hygienic treatment consists of the injection of sterilising fluids to preserve the natural appearance of the deceased.
Obituary Notices We can prepare and insert obituary notices in the local or national press.
Cemetery, Churchyard and Cremation Fees - These charges are laid down by the local Council, Cemetery, Churchyard Authority or Crematorium and in all cases we make complete arrangements with the authority concerned.
Floral Tributes - Normally, floral tributes will be sent on the day of the funeral direct to our premises. We also have our own in-house florist. A complete list of all floral tributes is made and, following the funeral, this is presented to the family in the form of a Memorial Book.
Catering - Our own caterers will come to your home, providing everything on your return from the funeral. Or our own function room is fully air conditioned with space for 40 diners (seated) or 60 buffet-style. A wide range of menus are available on request.
Monumental Masonry - We run our own Masonry Department and there is a showroom at 26 South Street, Lancing.
National Selected Morticians - In June 1983, our company was awarded membership of the National Selected Morticians.
We are very proud of this achievement as very few funeral directors qualify for this international award - in fact, there are only 34 members in Europe. We retain this award by maintaining a high standard of service.
- Broadwater: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
- Rustington, Storrington, Sompting, Lancing and Goring: Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm and 2:15pm - 5.30pm
- All our offices are open until 5.30pm, and Broadwater is also open Saturday from 9.00am until 12.30pm.
